MADARA MANJI’s highly anticipated book, “SOLID” is now available! Delve into the artist’s creative process as he forges unique metal sculptures using layers of incompatible metals manipulated through intense heat and repetitive hammering. To celebrate the release, the “SOLID” exhibition will be held at Daikanyama T-site from December 18 to January 7, 2024.

As a self-taught artist, MANJI resurrects the lost art of mokumegane, showcasing the distinctive qualities of each metal medium. Despite the hurdles of industrialization, these remarkable pieces, crafted through a concentrated and rigorous process, are showcased and ready for purchase at the exhibition venue.
