이노쿠마 가츠요시
이노쿠마 가츠요시
이노쿠마는 미술 대학에서 공부 후 그의 고향으로 돌아가 예술 창작을 계속 하였다. 40대를 넘어서야 본격적으로 미술에 몰두하지만, 직후1996년 아오키 시게루 기념상과 1998년 후쿠시마 현립 미술전 준대상을 수상하였다. 작가는 커피 가루를 사용하여 표면을 샌딩하여 질감을 개발하고, 편안함과 날카로움의 절묘한 조화를 작품에 담는다. 무엇보다 “Inokuma Blue” 연작으로 불리는 그의 군청색 작품은 일본 국내외에서 높은 평가를 받고 있고 2016년 홍콩 Whitestone Gallery Hollywood Road 그랜드 오픈을 맞아 그의 인상적인 파란색 세계는 방문객들에게 강한 반향을 불러일으켰다.
