Procedure for Artwork Buyback Evaluation

1.Application
Please reach us via e-mail.
Kindly provide details such as the artist's name, work title, size, and any other relevant information you may have.
2.Contact for Preliminary Appraisal
You can typically expect to hear from us within 2-5 business days with the preliminary assessment value.
3.Choosing a Method of Purchase
If you are content with the pre-appraisal value, you can either bring in your artwork or ship it to us. For remote purchases, we will provide an application form in advance upon your request. Kindly inform us of your preferred method.
4.Validating the Artwork and Processing Payment
We will assess the condition of the artwork and determine the final purchase price. If you agree with the offered amount, we will facilitate payment either in cash or via bank transfer.

Q. I'm undecided about buying or selling the artwork. Can I still request an estimate?
A. Certainly, we provide estimates free of charge. Please don't hesitate to contact us for the initial assessment.
Q. Do you accept all purchases?
A. We do not accept the purchasing of copies or reproductions of paintings and prints.
Q. Can you inform me of the appraised value over the phone?
A. We can provide you with an estimated price assuming the work is authentic. However, the final appraised value may vary based on factors such as the actual condition of the item, preservation, etc., once we examine them.
Q. Can I request an on-site purchase?
A. We do not provide on-site pickup services. If you're unable to visit our office, you can opt to send us your artwork via courier service.
