After graduating from the university, Inagaki engaged in 3DCG and video game production at major companies, then he established “daisy*” in 2004. While being involved in the order production for digital contents and such, he has been appealing to the boundary of real-irreal and the subconscious. With his team, Inagaki creates interactive artworks utilizing real-time graphics etc. with expressions in digital technology as the main theme. Since 2014, he has been active in presenting artworks not only in Japan, but also in various exhibitions and museums in the U.S. and Europe. Furthermore, Inagaki exhibited works at Karuizawa New Art Museum in 2017 which attracted attention as being introduced on NHK program “Sunday Museum – Art Scene” for an example of the artwork using AI in Japan.
In this exhibition, Inagaki’s artworks present an expression method of digital technology such as real-time graphics, 3D data and AI (artificial intelligence) that ask viewers about the boundary between time and space axis, technology and humanity.
